Frequently Asked Questions

Unfortunately we are not a conventional family medicine clinic, as we do not roster patients at Greely Walk-In. We are unable to roster patients given our physicians have other responsibilities and there is not enough support for us to roster patients.

We can see patients for non-urgent and urgent needs on an episodic basis. Reasons for visiting our clinic include but are not limited to:

- sore throat, cough, urinary symptoms, prescription refills, ear pain, abdominal pain, Pap test, other medical concerns

If you already have a family doctor, it is best for your overall health to get in and see them for your medical issues. However, if you are unable to get into your family doctor in a reasonable time period, and we have availability, you can book an appointment with us. 

• Present a valid OHIP card at each visit (photocopies are not accepted).
• Non-Ontario residents must pay a fee for a regular visit.

Booking Appointments

• Our online booking system will allow you to book an appointment up to 3 days in advance.
• Book appointments online through the link on the Home Page
• As a last option, you can also email us or leave a message on our phone and we will do our best to call you back within 48 hours.

Acute Illness and Same Day Appointments

• We will provide same day and walk in appointments but there will be a limit, so if you can book an appointment 2-3 days in advance that would be ideal.
• For urgent matters, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.

• We receive an extremely high volume of calls and as such we aren't able to answer every phone call.
• For urgent matters please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.
• For non urgent matters please leave us a message and we will do our best to get back to you within 48 business hours.
• Alternatively, as discussed above, you can also book an appointment online or via email.
